Shipping policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- The item(s) must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Certain items such as personalized or custom products, intimate items, and perishable goods are non-returnable. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your items.
Refunds
Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note:
- Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method or bank.
- Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply. If applicable, this will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different size, please contact us at travelwithgil@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original Shipping Charges: Shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Double-check your bank account or payment provider.
- Contact your bank or payment provider as there may be processing delays.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable" cannot be returned or refunded. These items will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.
